Female Flag Football

Women of all ages (8-80) are invited to come experience the thrill of 'calling the shots' as Quarterback as well as other offensive and defensive positions. No football or sports background is necessary to benefit and have fun. 'Modified Rules' played with 5 players per team on a 50-yard field. There is no equipment cost (just wear work-out clothes and running shoes - no cleats) and come enjoy the safe 'no blocking' atmosphere of friendly competition.

Our next 2008 Female Flag Football Event is Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 18 & 19 at Lake Forest City Park (Wiggly Dog Park) Denton TX from Noon -3pm.

We will also have free pet ID registration, photo & software for pet owners - E.A.R.S. (Eletronic Animal Recovery System)

Game play is structured to focus on strengthing leadership skills and developing teamwork qualities.
